Usage
getBoneAnnotation(bones = NULL, hub = NULL, fuzzy = TRUE)
Arguments
- bones
Character vector of bone names (NULL for all)
- hub
AnnotationHub object
- fuzzy
Logical; use fuzzy matching (default TRUE)
Value
data.frame of bone annotations
