Usage

getBoneAnnotation(bones = NULL, hub = NULL, fuzzy = TRUE)

Arguments

bones

Character vector of bone names (NULL for all)

hub

AnnotationHub object

fuzzy

Logical; use fuzzy matching (default TRUE)

Value

data.frame of bone annotations
