Get muscle annotations

Usage

getMuscleAnnotation(muscles = NULL, hub = NULL, fuzzy = TRUE)

Arguments

muscles: Character vector of muscle names (NULL for all)
hub: AnnotationHub object
fuzzy: Logical; use fuzzy matching (default TRUE)

Value

data.frame of muscle annotations
