Computes standard graph metrics for the projected bone or muscle graph.

Usage

mskNetworkMetrics(hg, type = c("bone", "muscle"))

Arguments

hg

An MSKHypergraph object.

type

Character, "bone" or "muscle" projection.

Value

A list with: degree, strength, clustering_coef, density
