Vertex (Bone) Degree

Returns the degree of each vertex (bone), i.e., the number of muscles attached to each bone.

Usage

vertexDegree(hg)

Arguments

hg

An MSKHypergraph object or incidence matrix.

Value

Named numeric vector of bone degrees.
