Plot UMAP embedding — plotUMAP • PhysioMoCap

Creates a scatter plot of UMAP embedding.

Usage

plotUMAP(x, groups = NULL, labels = NULL)

Arguments

x: A waveform_umap object.
groups: Optional grouping factor.
labels: Optional point labels.

Value

A ggplot object.
