Forward pipeline as emgDrivenForce() but with tendon compliance: at each
time the muscle-tendon force equilibrium is solved for the fiber length
(quasi-static), so tendon stretch is accounted for. Requires the MTU length
trajectory (e.g. from muscleTendonKinematics()).
