Compile ARI and VAF into a Single Table

This function takes a data frame with a file column (typically from read_all_results), reads each result file to extract fitted models, computes VAF for MFA and MPCA, and joins these back to the input data frame.

Usage

compute_ari_vaf_table(df)

Arguments

df

A data frame with a file column containing paths to .rds result files.

Value

The input data frame enriched with VAF_MFA and VAF_PCA columns. If models are not available in a file, VAF values will be NA.
