Apply Consistent Faceting for Cluster and Factor Visualizations

Helper function to apply consistent facet_grid() styling for cluster-factor plots.

Usage

facet_mixsynergy(rows = NULL, cols = NULL, scales = "fixed", ...)

Arguments

rows

Variable(s) for facet rows (e.g., "Cluster")

cols

Variable(s) for facet columns (e.g., "Factor")

scales

Scale behavior: "fixed" (default), "free", "free_x", "free_y"

...

Additional arguments passed to facet_grid()

Value

A ggplot2 facet_grid object
