Summarize Results for a Subset (Table 2)

This function filters the data for certain separation/noise conditions (e.g., sep=1.0 and noise=1.0) and computes group-wise means and standard deviations for ARI and BIC. It returns a small summary table.

Usage

make_table2(df)

Arguments

df

A data.frame with columns like ARI_MFA, ARI_PCA, BIC_MFA, BIC_PCA.

Value

A data.frame summarizing ARI/BIC means and sds, grouped by (K_true, r_true, N, M).
