Line Plot of BIC vs. K or r

Takes the summary data.frame from select_optimal_K_r_mfa() (which has columns K, r, logLik, BIC) and produces a simple line plot of BIC. You can choose whether the x-axis is K or r, and color/line by the other.

Usage

plot_bic_line(df_summary, x_axis = c("K", "r"))

Arguments

df_summary

A data.frame with columns K, r, BIC.

x_axis

One of "K" or "r". That variable is placed on the x-axis.

Value

A ggplot object.
