Plot ARI vs. Separation/Noise (Figure 1)

Creates a faceted plot showing ARI (Adjusted Rand Index) values for MFA and MPCA across different separation and noise conditions.

A data.frame with columns K_true, r_true, N, M, sep, noise, ARI_MFA, ARI_PCA.

Value
