Plot Noise Profiles

Visualizes the distribution of noise parameters across clusters, showing how stability-adaptability varies between clusters.

Usage

plot_noise_profiles(sim, theme_base_size = 14)

Arguments

sim

A list returned by simulate_dynamic_synergy_data(). Must contain stability_params component.

theme_base_size

Base font size for the plot theme. Default is 14.

Value

A ggplot object showing noise parameter distributions per cluster.
