Plot Synergy Bases (Lambda Matrices) — plot_synergy

Creates heatmaps of synergy matrices (Lambda_k) for each cluster. Each heatmap shows the muscle-synergy structure with muscles on the y-axis and synergies on the x-axis.

Usage

plot_synergy_bases(sim, theme_base_size = 14)

Arguments

sim: A list returned by simulate_dynamic_synergy_data(). Must contain Lambda_list component.
theme_base_size: Base font size for the plot theme. Default is 14.

Value

A ggplot object showing heatmaps of synergy matrices per cluster.
