Plot Synergy Summary

Creates a comprehensive summary plot combining multiple visualization panels using patchwork. This provides an overview of spatial synergy structures, temporal activation dynamics, and cluster separability.

Usage

plot_synergy_summary(sim, fit = NULL, theme_base_size = 12)

Arguments

sim

A list returned by simulate_dynamic_synergy_data().

fit

Optional fitted model object (e.g., from MFA/MPCA). Default is NULL.

theme_base_size

Base font size for the plot theme. Default is 12.

Value

A patchwork object combining multiple ggplot panels.
