Read All Results and Produce Tables/Figures

This function reads all .rds result files in a specified directory, merges them into a single data frame, prints summary tables, and generates several figures.

Usage

read_and_visualize_all(result_dir = "results")

Arguments

result_dir

A character string specifying the directory containing .rds result files. Defaults to "results".

Value

Invisibly returns the merged data frame of all results.
