Submit PBS Parameter Sweep — submit_pbs_sweep • synergyMixR

Prepares and optionally submits a PBS array job for parameter sweep.

Usage

Arguments

param_grid: Data frame. Parameter grid to sweep.
output_dir: Character. Directory for output files.
pbs_config: List. PBS configuration options (see generate_pbs_script).
sweep_type: Character. Type of sweep: "modelsel" or "baselines".
sweep_config: List. Sweep-specific configuration.
submit: Logical. If TRUE, submit the job. If FALSE, only generate scripts.
verbose: Logical. Print progress messages.

Value

List containing:

job_id: PBS job ID (if submitted)
script_file: Path to the PBS script
param_grid_file: Path to the saved parameter grid
output_dir: Output directory
n_tasks: Number of tasks
